Who we are

Admagmedia ("we", "us") is a digital marketing agency based in Calgary, Alberta, Canada. This policy explains what personal information we collect through this website, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It applies to this website and to the enquiry forms on it.

Information we collect

We only collect personal information you choose to give us:

• Enquiry details — when you submit a form we receive the name, email address, phone number, subject and message you enter.
• Consent records — whether you ticked the box agreeing to be contacted, and when.
• Technical basics — our server records the IP address and the page a form was sent from, which helps us prevent spam and abuse.

We do not knowingly collect information from children, and we do not ask for payment details through this website.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and talk with you about your project.
• To send the messages you consented to receive — such as replies, reminders, estimates and scheduling updates. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to a text or asking us by email.
• To keep basic records of enquiries in our admin system.
• To protect the website from spam and misuse.

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal information.
• We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
• We do not send you marketing you did not agree to.

Cookies & analytics

This website may use basic analytics and, where enabled, Google reCAPTCHA to protect our forms. These services may set cookies and collect usage information under their own privacy policies. You can control cookies through your browser settings; the website works without them.

Where your information lives

Enquiries are stored in our website's database and delivered to our business email. Both are access-controlled and limited to the people who need them to respond to you.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for serving you and for our business records, and we delete them on request.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to see the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us at info@admagmedia.com and we will act on your request promptly.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will be noted here clearly.
